English oak three-tier wall hanging plate rack or wall shelf, circa 1780. Each shelf has a groove to hold up plates and is topped by a molded cornice. Shelves are 5" deep. Hanging hooks/hardware provided on back. Age wear. No maker's mark.
Description: Florentine painted dome-lid wood box on four legs. Lined in red cotton moire fabric. Stamped on underside "Made in Italy" with a label that reads: "Pierson Interiors." Illegible signature.
