Early-19th-century hand-carved wood-and-gesso mirror in the Regency style. Mirror frame is 21.5"W on the top and 17.25"W on the bottom. The cornice is 4.25" deep while the bottom section is only 2" deep. Mirror is divided in two sections separated by a small gilt trim, with the top section measuring about one-third of the total mirror area. Age wear. Extensive loss of gesso, gilt, and chips.
