This is an original lithographic map taken from Rand McNally’s Indexed Atlas of the World, which was published in 1937. Rand McNally, established in 1868 in Chicago, is now a household name in atlases, globes, and road maps. The company was formed as a partnership between William Rand and Andrew McNally, and they became the second map publishing company in Chicago, second to George F. Cram’s. Framed in a wood moulding, cream mat, and UV glass.
