Pasadena Showcase House of Design
1418 Descanso Drive, La Cañada Flintridge, CA
April 21-May 19
Kelly Ferm, Stephanie Hatten of SH Interiors, and Goli Karimi of CarbonShack are among the 26 designers taking on this 12,000-square-foot Hollywood Regency mansion, which includes a solarium, a “writer’s haven,” and a “secret study.” Proceeds benefit local not-for-profit arts organizations and musical programs for children.

The Valerie Fund Show House
950 Hillside Avenue, Plainfield, NJ
April 25-May 19
A three-floor Colonial Revival house built in 1893 is the site of this year’s show home benefiting the Valerie Fund, which provides healthcare and assistance for 6,000 children suffering from cancer and blood disorders. Designers include Gail Davis, Swati Goorha, Tina Ramchandani, and Sam Ciardi of Samuel Robert Signature Spaces. The home is owned by the grandparents of a Valerie Fund patient.

The Junior League of Buffalo Decorators’ Show House
288 Lincoln Parkway, Buffalo, NY
April 27-May 19
Buffalo-area designers will be transforming the Palmer Centennial House, a three-story Arts-and-Crafts home that boasts, among other features, more than 100 windows.

Designers’ Showhouse at Indian Woods
111 SW Ottawa Trail, Topeka, KS
April 27-May 19
Kelly Ballard of Home Court Designs, Caroline Bivens of CB Design, and Kelly Schuster of the Linen Tree are among the participating designers. So is the public: One of the bedrooms will be decorated according to public feedback on Facebook. Proceeds benefit ChildCare Aware of Eastern Kansas.

San Francisco Decorator Showcase
3800 Washington Street, San Francisco
April 27-May 27
Le Petit Trianon, one of the smaller of the Versailles properties, inspired this 18,000-square-foot mansion, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Designers include Heather Hilliard, Kristen Peña of K Interiors, and Virginie Manichon of Atelier 19. Proceeds benefit the financial-aid program of San Francisco University High School.

Bucks County Designer House & Gardens
2613 Hilltown Pike, Perkasie, PA
April 28-May 26
Peppermint Farm, the site of this year’s Bucks County show house, takes its charming name from the main crop grown on the property. The 30-acre farmstead includes a circa-1860 farmhouse, a studio, and several other outbuildings. Domani Design Studio, the Faux Studio, and Margaret Pook Interior Design are among those transforming the home. Sponsored by the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown, the show home benefits Doylestown Hospital.

Vanguard Showhouse
6030 Nott Road, Guilderland, NY
April 30-May 19
A home built in 1790 will be receive the attentions of decorators in the Albany area, with the proceeds going to the Albany Symphony Orchestra. Participating designers include Kathryn Brickley of KatsEye Design, Mary Korzinski of Custom Design Associates, and Michel Patterson of Hudson River Fine Interiors.

Knoxville Symphony League ShowHouse
33 West Depot Avenue, Knoxville, TN
May 1-19
This show house isn’t a house at all, but rather a unit within the Regas Square Condominiums. Al Yanno of A T Yanno Interior Design and the team at Bennett Galleries & Interior Design are among those working on the space; proceeds benefit the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra.

Kips Bay Decorator Show House
36-38 East 74th Street, New York
May 2-30
Alexa Hampton and Jamie Drake are this year’s co-chairs of what is perhaps the country’s best-known show house, which benefits the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Sheila Bridges Design, Paloma Contreras Design, Charlotte Moss, and Vicente Wolf Associates are among the design stars flaunting their talents in the 12,425-square-foot town house.

DPVA Designers’ Show House and Gardens
1375 East Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, OH
May 3-19
The Leland House, a 1926 Tudor adjacent to Wegerzyn Gardens, is the site of this year’s show house, sponsored by the Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association.

Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens
4315 Garmon Road NW, Atlanta
May 9-June 2
Sponsored by Atlanta Homes & Gardens and benefiting the Atlanta History Center, this show house is taking place in a newly built estate on a 14-acre pondside lot. Though the participating interior designers have yet to be announced, the grounds are being designed by Joe A. Gayle & Associates.

Philharmonic House of Design
Monarch Point, Laguna Niguel, CA
May 14-June 9
Deirdre Eagles, Alix Flamm, and Wendy Ann Miller of WAM Interior Design are just a few of the designers who worked on this show house, perched atop a mountain bluff with views of Catalina Island, benefiting the Philharmonic Society of Orange County’s Youth Music Education Programs.

ARF Designer Show House and Sale
7 Poxabogue Lane, Sagaponack, NY
May 25
Alex Papachristidis Interiors, Roller Rabbit, and Allison Babcock and Christina Peffer of Babcock Peffer Design are among those designing vignettes using items from ARF (Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons) Thrift Shop donations and their personal collections.

Frederick Designers Show House
313 West Second Street, Frederick, MD
June 13-23
Keyser Interiors, Patrick Street Interiors, and Tuscan Blue Design are among those creating rooms for Frederick’s inaugural show house, benefiting the Weinberg Center for the Arts.

The Hampton Designer Showhouse
Southampton, NY
July 21-September 2
Jamie Drake and Alexa Hampton are the honorary design co-chairs of this year’s showcase, presented by Traditional Home magazine. Proceeds will benefit Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.

Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse
September 22-November 2
Benefiting the Brooklyn Heights Association, the organization’s second show house is co-chaired by Ellen Hamilton of Hamilton Design Associates and Erika Belsey Worth of Belsey & Mahla Architects.
