What’s your go-to hostess gift?  Our Erica Tanov sanctuary candle made of beeswax with essential lavender oil

Which paint colors are you obsessed with?  Benjamin Moore’s Super White and Farrow & Ball’s Hague Blue

What pattern are you currently loving?  One pattern? Never!

What’s your favorite decorating cheap thrill?  Changing nobs or handles on cupboards can do wonders.

The album you could put on repeat for hours?  Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life

The most inspiring museum you’ve been to?  The de Young Museum in San Francisco and the Musée National Picasso Paris

Your favorite cocktail to whip up?  Hot Lips: tequila, two wheels of Fresno peppers (deseeded and depithed), six cilantro leaves, one ounce ginger syrup

The restaurant you can’t get enough of?  Rucola in Brooklyn

The best hotel you’ve ever spent the night in?  Hotel Saint Cecilia in Austin, TX

The flower you adore most?  Boronia, a tiny flower with the most magnificent fragrance
