Where She Shops

ASTIER DE VILLATTE  “Incredible ceramics, stationery, and fragrances. Each of its candles is based on a different location and tells a story.”

BORN BAD RECORD SHOP  “Music is a huge part of my life—my young boys even play in a band called the Negotiators—and this is the place to hunt for rare vinyl you’d never find in the States.”

COLETTE  “A must for any visit to Paris. The most beautifully curated store that sells the best designers. They always have fashion shows playing, so I’ll stop for a coffee, lunch, and people-watching.”

GALERIE VÉRO-DODAT  “An architectural gem with checkerboard floors and arched doors that’s one of my favorite places in the world. It holds beautiful vintage shops, a shoe shop, and an amazing, family-run guitar shop.”

MINERALES DO BRASIL  “The best jewelry designers buy their stones here. On this trip I went back three times—I was like a kid in a candy store!”

LA FONTAINE DE MARS  “If I’m going out to dinner, this bistro is where I go. It’s beautifully designed, charming, and just so French.”

ROSE BAKERY  “Essentially the Parisian version of my favorite Los Angeles haunt, Urth Caffé. They make the best organic lattes.”

CENTRE POMPIDOU  “A modern, progressive, and amazingly inspiring museum. One of my favorite places to explore, discover new artists, and quench my boundless curiosity for art history.”

MUSÉE DES ARTS DÉCORATIFS  “My favorite museum in Paris, with the most unbelievable bookshop. I’ll bring my sketchbook and camera and spend hours here.”

RUE SAINT-HONORE  “Such a great area for wandering. The nearby alleyways that jettison off the main street are chock-full of hidden gems and incredible boutiques.”
