1. The Drawer

You are: Classy, in control, and enviably organized.
Your style icon: Jackie O.
Why this will work for you: A single glance lets you take in all your pieces, which you’ve already grouped by metal type, color, style, and weight.
What it’s good for: Sizable bangles and cuffs; big, bold cocktail rings.
What you’ll need: A cleaned-out drawer or a multidrawer jewelry box, plus drawer organizers.

2. The Drape

You are: Cool in an effortless, devil-may-care way.
Your style icon: Jane Birkin.
Why this will work for you: Who has time to procure a proper necklace tree? You’d rather adorn whichever objet suits your fancy once you’ve retired for the night.
What it’s good for: Any pieces lovely enough to double as decor, but especially easy-to-tangle multistrand necklaces.
What you’ll need: A table mirror or a small sculpture.

3. The Box

You are: Amazing at tiptoeing the line between form and function. (We’re dying to see your shoe closet!)
Your style icon: Audrey Hepburn.
Why this will work for you: Organization at its most beautiful, a clear box shows off your prettiest trinkets and looks good while doing so.
What it’s good for: Smaller pieces that lie fairly flat.
What you’ll need: A multidrawer Lucite box or a set of lidded glass boxes.

4. The Tray

You are: Well intentioned, style savvy, and a whole lot of fun.
Your style icon: Brigitte Bardot.
Why this will work for you: It corrals your collection with little effort and makes you look infinitely more organized than you really are (shh!).
What it’s good for: Your go-to favorites currently in heavy rotation.
What you’ll need: A pretty tray (or four) with slightly raised edges to keep everybody on the boat.

5. The Pinup

You are: Creative, a little crafty, and—stop us if you’ve heard this before—a total Pinterest addict.
Your style icon: Bettie Page (of course).
Why this will work for you: Not only is it a new DIY project for you to tackle, but it is also a great space saver and lets you easily survey all your prettiest pieces.
What it’s good for: Statement bracelets and necklaces; dangly earrings.
What you’ll need: A place to pin (we love linen-wrapped composite Homasote boards if your walls won’t do) and some pretty pushpins.

6. The Display

You are: Fearlessly fashion-forward and always accessorized to a T.
Your style icon: Elizabeth Taylor.
Why this will work for you: Wildly proud (and rightfully so) of your baubles, you’ll love showing them off like the pieces of art they are.
What it’s good for: Just about everything.
What you’ll need: Bowls for bracelets, an objet for hanging necklaces, and a shelf or étagère on which you can curate this tableau.

I have a shelf in my bedroom on top of the shelf I keep my sunglasses and my ring holder. My husband drilled tiny holes in the bottom of the shelf to which we attached those little screw in cup holders. He was able to fit 40 of these little hooks. I have all of my necklaces hanging from these hooks. Yes, I have a lot of jewelry. Under the necklaces is a small chest of drawers. I bought a set of box books and covered them with fabric to match my room. In the biggest one I keep all of my Pandora style beads and bracelets. The smaller one I keep all of my watches. The smallest one is where I keep my jewelry cleaner, polishing rags and a small bowl for soaking jewelry. Next to these boxes I have a beautiful bronze box that is an heirloom. I keep all of my other bracelets in here. Just the costume bracelets though. Inside the top drawer of the chest of drawers I store all of my earrings. My husband made stacking boxes with dividers so I can see what earrings I have. The second drawer is full of scarves. Third and forth drawers are all of my hats and bathing suits and sarongs. I love this area of my bedroom. All situated on a 3 foot wall behind our big double doors. It’s perfect!!
