Why we love this

A vintage etching by Jean Arp, printed at Mourlot in Paris on fine rag paper. The title means "Painted Words." Part of the group that founded the Dada movement in Zürich in 1916, Arp also set up the Cologne Dada group. In 1925 Arp's work appeared in the first exhibition of the Surrealist group at the Galérie Pierre in Paris. The piece is presented with a dark blue mat and a gold-finished frame.
