A native of Brazil now based in San Francisco, interior designer Antonio Martins started his career in Switzerland, where he acquired an appreciation for European design. He then moved to Venice, followed by a stint in Frankfurt. In the early 1990s, he relocated to Hong Kong, where he lived for 11 years and developed a passion for Chinese furniture, Shan sculpture from Thailand, and Indonesian textiles. His Tastemaker Tag Sale reflects the rich tapestry of his well-traveled life.
