Why We Love This

17th-century English oak server with a plank top with a molded edge, two drawers with exquisitely carved fronts, and paneled sides. Supported on front legs which are hand-turned and simple plank back legs, as was customary in this period. The backboards retain an old mouse hole.

About the Seller

Black Sheep Antiques was started in 1999 by third-generation antiques dealer David Byerly and his wife Susan. The couple travel throughout Europe to find the best and most interesting pieces of antique furniture and home accessories. Through One Kings Lane and their 10,000 square-foot shop in Highpoint, NC, they offer countless charming and unforgettable antique items.
