Growing up in Argentina, Gustavo Olivieri would go to auctions with his father, who gave him reign over the bidder’s paddle. So it’s perhaps inevitable that Olivieri would become such an admired dealer of rare and collectible artwork, books, furniture, and lighting. An architect by training, he’s a collector by avocation, and his shops in Miami, East Hampton, and New York City are proof of his passion for beauty.
