Hernando Villa drawing of a Navajo vaquero, signed and dated 1945. Villa studied in England and Germany as well as at the Art & Design school in Los Angeles. He worked as a commercial artist and illustrator for the Santa Fe Railroad for 40 years. Produced scenes of the Old West, Indians, missions and the Mexican vaqueros.
