In 1959, Harry Soicher and Eduardo Marin set out to create a company that stood for quality, design excellence, and attention to detail. After two generations, their company survives and thrives as the modern Soicher Marin. Soicher Marin has a deep connection with its rich past, passing the founders' love of art in every handmade picture it creates.
Why we love this

This photograph by Fred Lyon appeared in the June 1960 issue of "Vogue." An archival giclée reproduction, the work comes beautifully matted and set in an Italian wood frame with a distressed-silver finish.
During WWII, Fred Lyon served as a Navy photographer in Washington, D.C., capturing White House press events among other news and feature stories. After the war Lyon began work at the Philip Wilcox Studio in New York, where his easy, natural style was in high demand among top New York fashion houses.
