silver flecks throughout. Sides decorated with applied pale blue flowers and light green leaves. Ground pontil on base. No maker's mark. One tiny foot rim nick.

silver and gold fans as well as colorful iridescent flowers from the French Art Deco period, 1890-1920. Signed “E.J. Cummings” and stamped “Limoges, France.” Some wear with scuffs to sides.
