In 1959, Harry Soicher and Eduardo Marin set out to create a company that stood for quality, design excellence, and attention to detail. After two generations, their company survives and thrives as the modern Soicher Marin. Soicher Marin has a deep connection with its rich past, passing the founders' love of art in every handmade picture it creates.
Why we love this

An archival giclée reproduction of an 1851 portrait by French Romantic painter Théodore Chassériau. Created in pencil with highlights in white chalk, the drawing depicts a young boy, Raymond de Magnoncourt. Chassériau dedicated the work to the boy's mother in the lower left-hand corner. This fine print comes handsomely framed in Italian wood molding with a distressed-java finish and gold-leaf edging.
