Why we love this

A giclée print on canvas of "Portrait of a Young Woman" (1918) by Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani (1884-1920). He is known for portraits and nudes in a modern style characterized by elongation of faces and figures. In early 1918, Modigliani left Paris for Nice, to escape the war, with Jeanne Hébuterne, who became his principal subject. Hébuterne is thought to be the model in this work. This work displays his signature style that fused aspects of contemporary European artistic developments such as Cubism with non-Western art forms like African masks. Custom frame.
