Why we love this
Mancala is a strategy game, one of earliest board games of strategy which originated with the Akan people. It implements a wooden board with numerous depressions arranged into rows, and the boards usually feature a reservoir at one or each end. The purpose of the game is to move a series of rocks, pebbles, seeds, or what have you around the board according to a set of rules in order to obtain or 'capture' more of these pieces than your opponent. Wear, minor wood opening, losses.
