Located in Midtown East Manhattan, the Phyllis Lucas Gallery/Old Print Center has one of the largest collections of antique prints and fine art in New York City. With a long and storied history, our gallery holds the distinction as the first publisher of Salvador Dali’s lithographs in America and has been among the foremost of the city's dealers in antique works on paper since its founding in 1928.
Why we love this
Original lithograph after the original 1895 poster by Toulouse Lautrec, published 1950 by Andre Sauret, printed by Ateliers Mourlot. The poster is an advertisement for May Milton who was an English dancer who appeared at the Moulin Rouge wearing a white debutante’s dress with puff sleeves. Matted in acid-free, 2 1/4 inch 2-ply mat. Unframed. Image size 10.5 x 8.5 inches.
