Two handmade English horn stirrup cups. Sterling silver rimmed larger is date marked 1862. Hand-turned from single pieces of horn. Stirrup cups were and are used to serve drinks on horseback to the participants in a Fox hunt. Dimensions: shot glass, 2"Dia x 2.75"H; high ball, 2.5"Dia x 4.25"H. Maker's mark and impressed English hallmarks on rim.
