A 1979 graduate of the University of California in aesthetic studies and fine art photography, I have spent many years photographing the California mountains and coast. I met Ansel Adams in 1979 at his Carmel studio and have been collecting California plein air paintings since 1986. I offer a wide variety of artists and genres and hope you enjoy my passion for paintings and sculpture.
Why we love this
A secluded ancient site with lush foliage overlooking a cove is the subject of this watercolor triptych by artist Isabel McCauley. All panels signed lower right. Painted wood frame. Side images, 28.5"H x 15.75"W. Center image, 28.5"H x 21"W. McCauley received her Bachelors of Arts degree from San Diego State University. She has studied the Old Masters paintings extensively when visiting many of the worlds museums. Her work has been exhibited San Diego galleries, accepted into juried shows.
