Why we love this
1930s American Art Deco display case made by the Weber Showcase & Fixture Company, founded in Los Angeles 1923 by Karl Weber. The blond wood case rests on an ebonized plinth below three drawers. The rectangular felt-lined box has glass on top, front, and sides, and sliding glass doors on the back. The display box is supported by three brushed aluminum legs of an elongated C-shape, which fit into a cylinder of matching wood. Patina, flake on glass.
