A 1979 graduate of the University of California in aesthetic studies and fine art photography, I have spent many years photographing the California mountains and coast. I met Ansel Adams in 1979 at his Carmel studio and have been collecting California plein air paintings since 1986. I offer a wide variety of artists and genres and hope you enjoy my passion for paintings and sculpture.

Tree by the pond by Aptos, California artist Virginia Hughins (American, 1923-2004), (Virginia Brubaker DeWolf). Hughins was an accomplished artist, many of her watercolors could be seen around Santa Clara and Santa Cruz County Watercolor Society shows. She was an avid freelance writer and illustrator for children's books. Lifetime member of Romance Writers Association and Pen Women's Association. Unsigned and unframed. Image size, 14.25"H x 19.75"L.
