I love old books. I like to read them, to look at them, to decorate with them, and to use them for the perfect present (the ultimate form of recycling). I have been arranging my book shelves by color for quite a while and after helping friends and clients do the same, and seeing the growing trend, I decided to sell decorative book collections, thus DecadesofVintage. For me, decorating with books is like painting a picture or telling a story.
Why we love this
The World's Family, photographs by Ken Heyman and The Family of Children, edited by Jerry Mason. Each book has an extensive array of photographs from around the world chronicling the universal aspects of human-kind. Both books have 192 pages. New York: Putnam's Sons, 1983. New York: Grosset and Dunlap, 1977. Minor cover wear.
