Landscape painting by Pierre Gaillardot (French 1910-2002). Signed “P. Gaillardot” lower right. Gaillardot was known for paintings of polo matches, boats, and wineries. He exhibited at many Paris Salons, including the Salon d’Automne, Salon des Indépendants, and Salon of the Societe Nationale des Beaux-Arts. He was chief curator of the Salon du Dessin et de la Peinture a l’Eau and held solo exhibitions in Paris, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, and Dijon. Unframed.
