Why we love this
A Writer's Diary by Virginia Woolf. New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1954. Second printing. Jacket has minor overall wear. Otherwise, this is a very good copy of this fascinating selection of Virginia's diaries from 1913 until her death in 1941, chosen by her husband, Leonard Woolf. The distinctive jacket art is by Vanessa Bell, who often worked alongside Virginia, at Charleston Farmhouse.
