Welcome to Prints with a Past. Since 1997 we have shared our love of original antique and vintage prints with our clients. The business grew out of our enjoyment in antiquing while living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and collecting prints for our home and to give as gifts. We take great pride in presenting a diverse selection of original engravings and lithographs from the late 1700s through early 1900s, and sharing the story about each one. —Your hosts, Nancy and Dick Bossler.
Why we love this
Original chromolithograph from a French folio portraying different breeds of Russian horses. Shown is a Trotting Stallion that was part of the stable of Count Worontzow-Dachkow, aide-de-camp to the Emperor of Russia.. The prints include statistics on the age and height of the horse shown. Displayed in a conservation mat that fits a standard frame size. Image, 8"L x 6"H; overall, 14"L x 11"H. Provided with a certificate with additional information.
