Why we love this
Eleven Edwardian dinner plates embellished with etched gilding of floral band and medallions; the process demands great skill and is only used for decorating wares of the highest grade. Further decorated with gilt swags, foliate design banding, hand-painted dots and rim. Made by Wedgewood for Ovington Brothers & Co.; an upscale store in New York that flourished during the Gilded Age and into the early 20th century.
