Welcome to Prints with a Past. Since 1997 we have shared our love of original antique and vintage prints with our clients. The business grew out of our enjoyment in antiquing while living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and collecting prints for our home and to give as gifts. We take great pride in presenting a diverse selection of original engravings and lithographs from the late 1700s through early 1900s, and sharing the story about each one. —Your hosts, Nancy and Dick Bossler.
Why we love this
Original pochoir print from the Art Deco era Parisian fashion magazine Art-Gout-Beaute (Art-Good Taste-Beauty). Shown are fashion designs for lace evening gowns from June 1929. Pochoir was a method of hand coloring prints using stencils popular in France in the early 1900s. Includes a certificate with additional information.
