Welcome to Prints with a Past. Since 1997 we have shared our love of original antique and vintage prints with our clients. The business grew out of our enjoyment in antiquing while living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and collecting prints for our home and to give as gifts. We take great pride in presenting a diverse selection of original engravings and lithographs from the late 1700s through early 1900s, and sharing the story about each one. —Your hosts, Nancy and Dick Bossler.
Why we love this
Original chromolithograph print featuring the design for a European City Garden from an 1880s issue of the Belgium journal "L'Illustration Horticole". It is based on an illustration by Pieter de Pannemaeker, 19th century Belgium watercolor artist, lithographer and descendant of the de Pannemaeker family of tapestry weavers. Includes a certificate with additional information and original page of accompanying text. Minor vertical fold in print.
