Why we love this
A geometric abstract work by Josef Albers (German, 1888 - 1976). This silkscreen print from 1972 is a study of a circular form with overlays of other blue circles studying both space and direction. Accomplished as a designer, photographer, typographer, printmaker, and poet, Albers is best remembered for his work as an abstract painter and theorist. This print is unsigned from a limited edition of 1000, from Formulation: Articulation framed in a white wood frame with white mat.
