Why we love this
Extremely rare hemispherical map of the world dated 1788. Engraved by Marcel Bonne, cartographer to the French king and later for the French navy. Done on a steel plate and hand colored. Holds its natural colors. Hand draw with a map key placed between the two hemispheres. Matted for your convenience, but mat can easily be replaced. An exceptional map.
