Why we love this
Map of Europe dated 1820. Engraved by Marco Boratti and published by Enzo Farfani in Milan. Engraved on a steel plate. Beautiful cartouche lower right. Hand drawn and colored map. Rather rare, since early 19th century Italian engraved maps were scarce. Bi-color hand drawn border. Great find.
