Welcome to Prints with a Past. Since 1997 we have shared our love of original antique and vintage prints with our clients. The business grew out of our enjoyment in antiquing while living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and collecting prints for our home and to give as gifts. We take great pride in presenting a diverse selection of original engravings and lithographs from the late 1700s through early 1900s, and sharing the story about each one. —Your hosts, Nancy and Dick Bossler.
Why we love this
Original engraving of Belvoir Castle from a late-1800s folio of English castles and manor homes. Belvoir Castle is located in the county of Leicestershire overlooking the Vale of Belvoir and is the seat of the Dukes of Rutland. Based on an illustration by Alexander Lydon (1836-1917), an English watercolorist. Conservation matted. Image: 8.5"L x 7"H; overall 16"L x 14"H. Includes a certificate with additional information and a copy of accompanying text pages.
