Why we love this
Set of eight Etruscan cauliflower plates, Griffen, Smith & Hill, circa 1885. A central cauliflower head surrounded by heavily veined green leaves tinged in pink, forming a star-like pattern. Marked with the encircled GSH monogram and Etruscan Majolica.Light wear on the high points. One stable, faint hairline crack on one plate, shallow sliver to the rear rim, unseen on the front of another plate.
