Louis XVI Period Trumeau mirror with green painted and parcel-gilt frame, France c. 1780. Frame features original paint, applied gilded rosette patera and acanthus swags and beaded ogee molding surrounding mirror. Condition: Excellent original condition with minor chips, losses, etc. to painted and gilded surface commensurate with age. Minor distressing to mirror silvering. Hanging notches in back for hanging (see photo).
