1960s large silver-plated hand-soldered sapphire crystal brooch. An enormous rectangular faceted sapphire crystal is the focal point, set at an angle and surrounded by open-back teardrop sapphire crystals placed at random angles. The whole is surrounded by a ring of small Aurora Borealis crystals. This glittering confection is in mint condition; the plating is impeccable and the stones brilliant -- it gleams & shines & sparkles.
