This striking chandelier is fashioned from forge-blackened and hand-hammered steel. The design takes inspiration from the pronged trident carried by Triton, the Greek god of the big seas. The pronged upper register of the chandelier rises in a long elegant curve, while six wavelike lines at the lower register are curved inward, holding the bulbs. This object is a wonderful example of DeWulf's deft, sculptural handling of raw materials. It comes with 10 feet of chain, Edison-style bulbs, and a canopy.
