Julia Winston Adams has been a curator, designer, collector, and teacher of the decorative arts for a half-century. She has curated three 19th-century houses, taught 18th-century decorative arts at UCLA, and was an early enthusiast of mid-20th-century design. "I've collected and researched old glass, silver, porcelain, iron, folk arts, textiles, and my great love, oriental rugs," Adams says. "You might say I am truly eclectic!"
