A rising star in the southern art scene, Caroline Wright lives and works in her native city of Austin, TX. Her works hover between landscape and abstraction, with acrylic drips and layered forms that bring an organic, painterly feel to the surfaces. Yet nothing is purely chance; underneath each one is a rhythmic, formal composition. Upon finishing a degree in visual art and art history at Brown, Wright spent several years in an artists' collective on the outskirts of Paris. She is also a cellist and a Kula yoga instructor.
Why we love this

Full of bold colors in a thoughtfully clustered abstract composition, this work from Caroline Wright adds an intriguing modern note to your wall. Printed on canvas and displayed in a floater frame, this piece arrives ready to hang.
