As described by Oyster White Interiors

A beautiful oil painting with a linear depiction of a cobblestone market with a 19th-century French guise, thus titled Marche Pavee. Displayed in an ornate giltwood and plaster frame. Signed lower right, "H. de la Cour." De La Cour (born 1890) was a Belgian artist who worked in Rome and Brussels and was active during the occupation (presumably during WWII). Painting is in excellent condition.
