Oil painting of a tugboat on a dock by Richard Van Wingerden, circa 1940s-1950s. Van Wingerden (1893-1969) was a California expressionist who worked on several WPA murals in San Francisco during the 1950s and was active in the Northern California art scene. Displayed in a restored midcentury wood frame with linen filet. Unsigned.
