As described by Foreign Affair International

Thames scene by Frederick William Watts. Watts, an English landscape artist, painted in the style of John Constable interjecting his own style and color choices. He exhibited at the Royal Academy between 1823-1862, Suffolk Street Galleries and the Royal Society of British Artists. His paintings are displayed today in the Victoria and Albert Museum. Displayed in its original frame and monogrammed lower left.
