1980s mixed-media artwork by Oscar Silva, celebrating "Adelita" on The Day of the Dead. Adelita was known as a woman of great strength and courage who was a real or mythical woman-soldier during the Mexican Revolution. The piece is matted with a gold filigree wood inner-liner and framed in a lightly distressed gold wood frame. Signed on verso.
