As described by The Montecito Collection

Reed Barton silverplate enamel triangle dish with a vibrant turquoise glaze. The explosion of color that pervaded American silverware in the 1960s was a reaction to 1950s Scandinavian enamelware. In 1961, Reed Barton came out with Color Glaze, an enamel-like translucent painted finish developed primarily by craftsman John Prip. This dish is hallmarked "Reed Barton 251."
