As described by Billy Blue Eye

One of Australia's premier pottery manufacturers of the 20th century was Diana Pottery of Marrickville, NSW (1940-75). Known for their unique shapes and creative glazes, "Diana Ware" came in a wide range of vases, wall pockets, trough vases, jugs, ramekins and baskets. Art Deco-inspired pitcher finished in a semi-matte glaze. Although faint, it is bottom incised "Diana Australia" with the shape number "T-4."
