As described by Billy Blue Eye

Double-handled vase designed by Mr. Symcox in 1937 for Beswick Pottery, Stoke-on-Trent, England (Est. 1892) and released from 1938 to 1940. Mr. Symcox was known for using Art Deco design elements in his ceramic items. The upper half of the vase has a mottled green colored satin matte finish with a flared rim, the lower half is ribbed. Scroll handles were hand crimped and applied. Faintly bottom stamped with the "Beswick Ware" stamp, incised "Made in England 566."
