Why We Love This

Red Wing Pottery (1878-1967) of Red Wing, MN began art pottery production in 1929. The "Magnolia Group" was the best selling of Red Wing's Art Pottery. Produced throughout the 1930s in the ivory with brown over-wipe method, items were embossed with large magnolia flowers, leaves and buds. Bulbous vase with a single flower in full bloom, ruffled rim and bottom incised "Red Wing 975." 1/8"L blue stain on the front of the vase.
