Why We Love This

Red Wing Pottery (1878-1967) of Red Wing, MN began art pottery production in the late 1920s. High-gloss forest green and yellow vases have been decorated with embossed leaves. The Charles Murphy-designed flared rim vase has two bands of leaves along the bottom and one creates the foot of the vase, 6"H x 4.5"Dia. Loop-handled vase with embossed acanthus leaves and a scalloped rim. Both vases are bottom incised "Red Wing USA " and with their mold numbers M-1439 and 1357.
