As described by Billy Blue Eye

Formed in 1872 near Zanesville, Ohio, Sam Weller had a dream to build "the largest pottery in the world" and achieved that goal in 1906. Pitcher from the 1935-'39 "Bouquet" line, with embossed and hand-painted daffodils. Minimal crazing, with a .5"L interior hairline crack near the handle. Bottom incised "F-18 Weller Since 1872" with a painted "Rm" which is likely the initial of the painter.
