As described by Q Antiques and Design

A baluster-shaped vase made in Hungary in the 1920s by the noted Zsolnay pottery in Pecs. Gabriella Törzsök designed the "broken panel" or "reptile skin" crackled surface in deep shades of red with golden iridescent highlights produced by the pottery's signature Eosin glaze. Excellent condition, free from chips, cracks, or repairs. A dazzling piece of Continental art pottery from the Art Deco period.
